In a significant decision aimed at further strengthening the party structure under the ongoing organisational Rejuvenation Campaign, the Congress high command has appointed Rana Gurjeet Singh, MLA from Kapurthala, as an All India Congress Committee (AICC) observer for the election of District Congress Committee (DCC) presidents in Uttar Pradesh.
