Former SGPC president and Akali stalwart Jathedar Gurcharan Singh Tohra’s Nephew Upkar Singh Tohra, along with his wife Randeep Kaur Tohra today joined Congress in the presence of Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.
The Chief Ministe Thursday welcomed Upkar Singh Tohra and his wife Randeep Kaur Tohra into the Punjab Congress to inject further strength in the party, which is drawing people from all walks of life and all political affiliations ahead of the Lok Sabha polls in the state.
