Those who call protesting Farmers Separatists are themselves Anti-National: Phoolka

Former leader of Opposition in Punjab Vidhan Sabha and senior Supreme Court Advocate Harvinder Singh Phoolka today slammed those who were calling protesting farmers as separatists were themselves Anti-National.

Reiterating his support to farmers who had been protesting since long and were on a dharna on Delhi borders which entered its 18th day today, Phoolka, in a tweet said that it was first time since Independence that Punjab and Haryana have shown brotherhood and unity. This will solve many complex problems, he said.

Attacking those who were labeling farmers as separatists, Phoolka said such people were themselves Anti-National.

In another Tweet, having a link to a video documentary, Phoolka said, “Pagdi Sambal Jatta- Farmers agitation in 1907 led by Kishan Singh & Ajit Singh,father &uncle of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, and Lala Lajpat Rai forced British govt to rescind 3 Acts. See a documentary on this.”
