The Shiromani Akali Dal President Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal announced first list of office bearers of the party.
As per the list Mr. Balwinder Singh Bhunder has been appointed Secretary General of the party. Those who have been appointed as Senior vice President included Jathedar Tota Singh, Mr. Nirmal Singh Kahlon, Mr. Charanjit Singh Atwal, DrÍ Upinderjit Kaur, Prof. Prem Singh Chandumajra, Mr. Maheshinder Singh Grewal, Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, Mr. Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, Mr. Janmeja Singh Sekhon, Mr. Adesh Partap Singh Kairon, Mr. Naresh Gujral, Mr. Jagmeet Singh Brar, Mr. Prakash Chand Garg, Mr. Harmanjit Singh Delhi and Mr. Harmel Singh Tohra.
Mr. NK Sharma has been appointed as Treasurer of the party and in addition to it the party has also included the names of Mr. Hira Singh Gabria and Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa as members of the Core committee. Mr. Gabria has also been reappointed as President of BC Wing of the party.
The Senior party leader Mr. Sikander Singh Maluka has been appointed as President of Kisan wing of the party and Coordinator of employees wing of the party.
Apart from this the youth leader Mr. Sarbjit Singh Sabi has been appointed as Secretary General of the Youth Akali Dal and Mr. Pawan Kumar Teenu has been appointed as Secretary General of the SC wing of the party.
