Social media influencer and Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa contestant Sufi Motiwala made a series of emotional and deeply personal disclosures during his eviction from the reality show, speaking about alleged sexual misconduct, the loss of his grandmother and the impact of past experiences on his personal relationships.
During the episode, Sufi alleged that a former roommate behaved inappropriately towards him while they were staying together in a paying guest (PG) accommodation.
According to Sufi, the roommate would often watch him while he slept, making him increasingly uncomfortable. He further alleged that the roommate later attempted to sexually assault him.
Recalling the incident, Sufi claimed he immediately approached the PG owner to report what had happened. However, he alleged that instead of offering support, the owner made an inappropriate remark, suggesting that Sufi should sleep with him instead.
The influencer said the incident left him traumatised, adding that he locked himself inside a bathroom for nearly 12 hours as he struggled to cope with the experience.
In another emotional revelation, Sufi spoke about the death of his grandmother, saying she had called him two days before she passed away but he missed the call. He said he later learned of her death and was not permitted by his family to attend her funeral.
Sufi also revealed that his grandmother had left him ₹50,000, which he used to purchase a mobile phone that eventually became the starting point of his content creation career.
Speaking about his personal life, Sufi said he had formed only two close friendships with male classmates during his college years in Delhi. He shared that after developing romantic feelings for one of them, the friendship changed, leaving him hesitant to form close bonds in the future.
The disclosures were made during his exit from Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, where contestants often share personal experiences as part of the show’s format. The allegations made by Sufi Motiwala are his personal claims and have not been independently verified.
