Students of Meritorious School script new success story by cracking JEE and NEET exams

With an impeccable record of admissions in the highly competitive professional courses, the School for Meritorious students in the district have emerged as a catalyst for transforming the destiny of the students.

The students of schools have excelled in various professional courses and the latest being the highly competitive Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission in Engineering courses and National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission in Medical courses.

As per information 46 students of the school had cleared JEE Mains this year out of which two had further cleared JEE Advance test. Similarly, 44 students of the school had cleared NEET exam this year, which was a matter of great pride and satisfaction for the students.

Complementing the students, the Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar Mr. Kulwant Singh said that it was a really a proud moment for the parents and the schools. He said that meritorious schools were acting as a catalyst to realize the ‘big dreams’ of the bright students.

Mr. Kulwant Singh said that the success story of this schools, with students scoring more than 80% marks in government schools, has proved that this experiment of state government to shape careers in right direction has been very successful.

The Deputy Commissioner said that the students of this school have been time and again proving their mettle in highest competitive exams of the country. He said that the students were very fortunate that government has opened these schools to give right direction to their careers.

Mr. Kulwant Singh said that the success of students was the result of the hard work and dedication adding that they have excelled in studies, because they have burned midnight oil for this purpose.

The Deputy Commissioner also complimented the faculty of meritorious school, which has made sure that students work hard and give the result. However, he said that the result could be further improved with more hard work and dedication. Mr. Kulwant Singh called upon the students to continue this hard work and strive hard for excellence in future.
