Sonia Gandhi appoints Tajinder Bittu as AICC Secretary and co-in-charge of Himachal Pradesh Congress

Congress President Sonia Gandhi has appointed senior Congress leader Dr. Tajinder Pal Singh Bittu as Secretary of the AICC and in charge of Himachal Congress Affairs.

Sh. Rajiv Shukla is the in-charge of Himachal Congress affairs.

Jalandhar based Tajinder Singh Bittu is an Advocate, a member of AICC, and the Chairman of Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.

He remained Chairman of Jalandhar Improvement Trust, Jalandhar, and President of DCC Jalandhar Urban.

He has served the Congress, Youth Congress, and Congress Sewa Dal in various capacities.
