BJP Sikh leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa today met Alwar gang rape victim in a private hospital in Jaipur and assured her family that he will pursue matter vigorously to ensure justice for this second Nirbhaya and her family.
Later talking to media, Mr. Sirsa said that it was shocking to see that Gehlot Government has maintained studded silence in this matter of gang rape with minority minor girl . He said that more than 72 hours have passed since this most horrific incident happened but not even a single arrest has been made in this case.
He said that it is further more shocking to learn that Deputy Commissioner is saying that no confirmation of rape has been made. He asked how even after 72 hours of crime police and administration was still to describe what is crime in this case ?
He said that family of victim including his Father and Uncle are shattered due to incident. He disclosed that her father has demanded that guilty should be arrested immediately and they should be hanged.
Mr. Sirsa gave a 24 hours ultimatum to arrest guilty of the case and said that if police fails to arrest guilty then Sikh community will protests on roads of Alwar and gill ensure that justice is done.
He said that Congress President Sonia Gandhi and General Secretary Priynak Gandhi are mum on this case because girl belongs to minority community. He said that it was most shameful to see that Sonia Gandhi is still pursuing hate politics against Sikh community.
He also slammed Priyanka Gandhi for preferring to stay with animals in UP instead of coming here and declaring that she will stand by the victim girl. He said that Priyanka gave slogan that she is a girl and can fight but this slogan was applicable on pick and chose basis and it is not for Sikh girls like this who has been brutally assaulted and gang raped by criminals.
Mr. Sirsa said that no words are enough to condemn this incident of brutality. He said that we should not consider religion or caste while reacting to such incidents. He urged the CM to take action in the matter and said that his seriousness is not visible in the matter. He said that guilty should be immediately arrested and trial should done in fast track courts and they should be handed capital punishment.
He also condemned attempts to link such crime with any religion or community.
