New Delhi, January 5, 2020 (Yes Punjab News)

A day after the Gurudwara Sri Nankana Sahib and Sikhs were targeted by a mob in Nankana Sahib, brother of Sikh anchor Harmeet Singh has been brutally murdered in Peshawar. In Pakistan. This was disclosed by the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee President Mr Manjinder Singh Sirsa.

In a statement released here today, Mr. Sirsa disclosed that this killing has come close on the incident at Sri Nankana Sahib. He said that it is most unfortunate that Pakistan police is yet to act against the guilty of Sri Nankana Sahib incident and today a new incident of targeting sikh community has surfaced in which Ravinder Singh brother of news anchor Harmeet Singh has been killed by fundamentalists of Pakistan belonging to Muslim community.

The DSGMC President said that in after today’s incident of killing of his brother, anchor Harmeet Singh has himself told the media that minorities are not safe in Pakistan and in incidents of violence against them, action against guilty only takes place when the high ups order that and case is suppressed.

He also urged the media to become voice of minorities in Pakistan. Mr. Sirsa said that the anchor has also announced not to sit idle till the murderers are booked and sent to jail.

He urged Home Minister and PM to intervene in the matter to ensure safety of minorities. He said that if they will not act fast them minorities will get wiped out from the Muslim dominated country.
