Sarwan Singh Ramgarhia takes charge as Chairman Punjab Backward Classes Commission

Chandigarh, January 21, 2020 (Yes Punjab News)

Mr. Sardar Sarwan Singh Ramgarhia on Tuesday assumed charge as Chairman Punjab Backward Classes Commission in the presence of Commerce and Industries Minister Mr. Sunder Sham Arora. Besides family members of the newly elected Chairman, many dignitaries were present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, the Industries Minister expressed confidence that Mr. Sarwan Singh Ramgarhia would act as vital cog in facilitating solutions to issues of the backward communities.

Expressing his gratitude to the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh for entrusting his faith in him, Mr. Sarwan Singh Ramgarhia said he would do his best to resolve all issues of the community.

I would take all measures as per law to ensure fulsome support and guarantee to rights of the backward communities, he added.

Mr. Bhupinder Singh IAS, Mr. Rakesh Marwaha, Dr. Kuldeeep Singh Nanda, Cap. Karam Chand, Mr. Kuldeep Arora, Mr. Kashmir Singh, Mr. Baljit Singh, Mr. Paramjit Singh and Mr. Balwinder Singh were also present on the occasion.
