The SAD (Delhi) group of Paramjit Singh Sarna today received a big jolt with its two time Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) member Sukhbir Singh Kalra joining the SAD in the presence of party president S. Sukhbir Singh Badal.
Welcoming Mr Kalra into the party fold, Mr Badal assured him due respect and recognition in the party and DSGMC.
Thanking Mr Badal for giving him party membership in the presence of Delhi unit president Harmeet Singh Kalka and Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Mr Kalra said his joining would pave the way for more of his colleagues to join the SAD.
“There are various others like me, who are upset and dissatisfied with the functioning of Paramjit Singh Sarna and his associates and want to bid adieu to the SAD (Delhi)”, he added.
