Sarkaria assumes Charge as Minister of Water Resources, Housing & Urban Development

Chandigarh, September 28, 2021 (Yes Punjab News)
Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria, on Tuesday, assumed the charge as Cabinet Minister at Punjab Civil Secretariat-1, Chandigarh.

He has been allotted the departments of Water Resources and Housing & Urban Development.

He was welcomed by his staff on arrival at the office.

“Under the visionary leadership of the Punjab Chief Minister S. Charanjit Singh Channi, I will continue to work tirelessly to take Punjab to new heights of development”, said Mr. Sarkaria, while adding that giving clean, transparent, time-bound and pro-people governance to the people of the state will be his top priority.

It may be recalled that Sarkaria was earlier also a Cabinet Minister under former Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.
