The Regional Transparent Authority (RTA) Secretary Mr Barjinder Singh on Friday conducted the inspection of the driving test track and said that clean, effective and transparent administration would be ensured to the people.
Mr Singh visited various branches there and directed the officials there to decongest the queues in a manner that not more than 20 people stand in the queue in the wake of the Coronavirus. He also interacted with the visitors and gave directions of the staff for ensuring timely delivery of the services to them.
He told that the state government led by Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh was committed for ensuring clean, transparent and responsive administration to the people.
Mr Singh said that every effort would be made to further streamline the working of the department for facilitating the people. He said that the entire system would be further improved for ensuring that people do not suffer any kind of the problem.
RTA secretary added that the focus would also be laid on solving the problems, if any faced, by the people in availing the services there.
He said that each and every grievance of the people would be redressed and their interests would be safeguarded on priority.
