The book “Virasat De Rang” comprising collection of songs of prominent filmmaker, song writer, singer and folk dance expert Ravinder Ranguwal, was unveiled by Kamal Khera, Member Parliament from Toronto, Canada.
While releasing the book in Toronto today, two times MP Kamal Khera said that the Punjabi’s have made the entire worls proud with their achivements and this is only possible if they are connected with their cultural roots.
Kamal Khera said that Ravinder Ranguwal has played an important role in promoting Punjabi Culture and connecting the People ith their culture. MP Kamal Khera said that it is a pleasure for her for being a member of Punjab Cultural Society being run by Ravinder Ranguwal.
Speaking on this ocassion, Kamal Khera said that Ravinder Ranguwal has organised many workshops of Folk dances, Folk Music, Bhangra to promote Punjabi culture and connect new generation with its cultural roots. She added that Punjab Cultural Society has played important role in her victory.
Punjab Cultural Society President and Sardari TV Channel CEO Randhir Singh Rana Sidhu said that Ravinder Ranguwal has become Cultural ambassador and played big role in promoting culture in various countries.
Prominent businessman and Patron of Punjab Cultural Society Dr. Surinder Singh Kooner said that the song of Ravinder Ranguwal Asi Sardar Ha was released by PTC channel which is a great achievement.
On this ocassion, Harminder Singh Khera, Father of Kamal Khera, former Professor of Punjab Agricultural University Dr. Beantbir Singh and Dr. Davinder Singh Ladhar was present.
