Mumbai, September 20, 2026 (Yes Punjab News)

The teaser of Rashmika Mandanna-starrer Mysaa was unveiled on Sunday, offering a glimpse into an intense action drama centred on a fierce tribal woman.

The teaser opens with Rashmika’s titular character, Mysaa, narrating her own story through a voiceover. Her words — “I am tired, I have stopped, I have lost” — set the tone for a character portrayed as fearless and determined to fight against the odds.

One of the teaser’s striking sequences shows Rashmika sitting at the bottom of a body of water while holding a sickle, creating an eerie and intense visual.

Rashmika plays a Gond tribal woman in the film, a role that required extensive physical preparation as well as demanding action sequences. According to media reports, the actress suffered a serious hip injury while shooting an intense dance sequence during the production.

The injury reportedly involved a complete tendon detachment in her hip. Doctors were said to have advised her to take complete rest for six weeks, followed by a structured rehabilitation programme to help restore strength.

The film is being presented as a large-scale action drama with an emphasis on elaborate action sequences and a technically ambitious visual approach.

Mysaa is directed by debutant Rawindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films. The makers have confirmed that the film will be released theatrically in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam on November 27, 2026.
