Kapurthala MLA Rana Gurjeet Singh today said that the action by Indian security forces against the terror camps as part of the ‘Operation Sindoor is highly commendable and praiseworthy.
In the action on the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday, Rana Gurjeet said that the Indian Air Force has displayed exemplary valour and unwavering professionalism of nation’s armed forces, by targeting the terrorists’ camps.
In a message he said that I deeply commend the exemplary valour and unwavering professionalism of our Armed Forces for their decisive action against terror camps. In this critical hour, safeguarding national unity and security must remain our highest obligation.
The Law maker in Punjab Legislative Assembly Rana Gurjeet Singh said by destroying the terror camps, the Air Force has given a befitting reply to the terrorists and the perpetrators who are spreading hate and discontent among the people of the sub-continent particularly in India and Pakistan.
”It is a befitting reply to the killing of innocent people who had travelled to Pahalgam with their families and due to the ulterior motive of a handful of terrorists they lost their lives”, said the MLA.
It was deemed essential that the perpetrators and planners of the Pahalgam attack be brought to justice, said Kapurthala MLA, who adds while quoting a media release from PIB said: the Indian Armed Forced launched strikes on nine locations inside Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and Pakistan and for this action the entire nation stands behind the Government of India like a rock.
Rana Gurjeet Singh said the killing of innocent people from India by the terrorists was never acceptable, it should stop immediately, so that all Indian can freely move in Jammu and Kashmir as it is an unbreakable part of the India. He adds that peace along the borders will bring peace in the border state Punjab which shares a large section of the international border with Pakistan.
“In peace the border be opened for trade and commerce so that from Punjab fresh produce such as vegetables be exported to Pakistan and other goods be imported back,” said a state government functionary.
