The Punjab government today ordered the transfer and posting of one PCS officer with immediate effect, Shri Harpreet Singh Atwal, PCS, Deputy Secretary, Labour has been transferred and posted as Deputy Principal Secretary to Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.
