The Punjab Government has ordered to give Additional charge to one senior IPS officer.
Sh Naunihal Singh, IPS IGP Ludhiana Range has been assigned additional charge of IGP, Patiala in addition to his present assignment during the leave period of Sh. Jatinder Singh Aulakh, IPS.
Sh. Amit Prasad, IPS, IGP, Rupnagar Rangehas been relieved from the additional charge of IGP, Patiala Range.
The order has been issued with the approval of State Election Commission, Punjab and the officer concerned has been asked to join the new place of his posting immediately.
