Amargarh/Malerkotla, December 25, 2021 (Yes Punjab News)
Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) national leader and Delhi government minister Satyendar Jain called the Congress a ‘Khatara Bus’ and Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) a private company. Jain said that the Congress 135-year-old bus that is in ruins and the Akali Dal has become a private company due to the possession of the Badal family on it. It is very important to change both of these for the betterment of the state and the country.
On Saturday, AAP leaders met the traders and businessmen in and around Amargarh and listened to their problems, so that their demands could be included in the manifesto of the party for the 2022 assembly elections. Addressing the gathering, Jain said, “Providing good facilities to the common people free of cost is the economics of Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party.” If people will get free electricity, water, free good education and medical services, then their money will be saved. With this money they will buy goods from the market.
Then the demand will increase. If demand increases, production will also increase and if production increases, then employment will automatically increase. Understanding the economics of Kejriwal is not a cup of tea for Congress, Akali, Captain and BJP.
Describing the importance of 2022 elections for the Aam Aadmi Party, Jain said, “Punjab is the ‘Gateway of India’ for us. We have a government in Delhi, but Delhi is not a full state. Punjab is a full state.
Here we will get full opportunity to work. If Aam Aadmi Party government is formed in Punjab, then we will write a new definition of development oriented governance and add a new chapter to ‘politics of work’.
Jain said that the government gives incentives to encourage employment generating industries. But in Punjab it is the opposite. The ruling leaders, MLAs and ministers of Punjab demand share from the industrialists and businessmen who create employment.
He said that the budget of Delhi is 60 thousand crores and the population is two crores. Whereas the population of Punjab is 3 crore and the budget is 1 lakh 70 thousand crore. Yet leaders of the Akali, Congress and BJP say that the government’s coffers are empty. Actually, the exchequer is not empty.
If their policies and intentions were good, then today the exchequer of Punjab would not have been empty. Corrupt leaders only filled their pockets with public money. The people of Punjab are now fed up with the loot and corruption of traditional parties. Today every person in Punjab wants change.
Jain said that the Aam Aadmi Party has made education and medicine the basis of politics in the country. Today news related to education and medicine is published on the front page of newspapers due to the actions of Delhi government. Earlier, there was very little mention of such news.
“AAP leaders have no political background. All our MLAs and ministers are from common families. That is why he understands very well the sufferings and pains of the common people.
But, MLAs and ministers of traditional parties behave like ‘Bahubalis’. Jain appealed to the people of Punjab to give a chance to Aam Aadmi Party in 2022 for overall development, peace and security of the state. On this occasion AAP candidate from Amargarh Jaswant Singh Gajjan majra and other local leaders were present along with Jain.
