The Punjab Government has imposed a complete ban on transfers and postings till June 20.
Giving this information, an official spokesperson of the Personnel Department said that the Government had decided to suspend all transfers and postings on till May 31, 2021 vide an order dated April 30, 2021 in view of Covid situation.
Thereafter the government again extended that deadline till June 5, 2021.
However, now a decision has been taken to extend the ban on transfers and postings of officers and employees of all departments / govt institutions till June 20, 2021.
