Punjab DGP Dinkar Gupta today paid tributes to the heroes and martyrs of Kargil in the state capital.
DGP Gupta laid wreath at the War Memorial at Bougainvillea Garden, Chandigarh on the 20th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas for glowing tributes to the heroic acts of soldiers, including 54 brave sons of Punjab, who laid their lives during the Kargil Operations.
