Prof. Sarbjot Singh Behl, Professor, Department of Architecture has taken over the charge of Dean, Academic Affairs and Prof. Hardeep Singh, Department of Computer Science joined as O.S.D Vice Chancellor of Guru Nanak Dev University in the presence of Prof. Karanjeet Singh Kahlon, Registrar of the University. These appointments have been made till March 2023 or age of sixty.
Meanwhile, other appointments were also made by the University such as Prof. Palwinder Singh as Professor Incharge Examinations; Prof. Anish Kumar Dua as Dean Student’s Welfare; Prof. Atul Khanna as Dean Alumni Association; Prof. Jyoteesh Malhotra as Associate Dean, AA & SW of GNDU Regional Campus Jalandhar; Prof. Rishi Raj Sharma as Associate Dean, AA & SW of GNDU Regional Campus, Gurdaspur; Prof. Anish Kumar Dua as Director Events & Hospitality; Prof. Sudha Rani Sharma as Director UGC HRD Centre; Prof. Hardeep Singh Gujral as Director Capacity Enhncement Programme; Prof. Ashwani Luthra as Director Internal Quality Assurance Cell; Dr. Gagandeep Gahlay, Dr. Tejwant Singh, Dr. Rekha Handa and Dr. Aditya Sunkaria all as Assistant Directors of IQAC; Prof. Saroj Bala as Director, Dept of Life Long Learning; Prof. Balmeet Singh Gill as Professor Incharge (Publication); Prof. Sukhprit Singh as Professor Incharge (PR); Prof. Bikramjit Singh Bajwa as Professor Incharge (Placement); Prof. Preet Mohinder Singh Bedi as Co-ordinator, UILP and Nodal Offier, Intellectual Property Rights Cell; Prof. Karanjit Singh Kahlon as Professor Incharge (Central Time Table Grading System); Prof. Sandeep Sharma as Chief Information Security Officer, Indian Computer Emergency Response Team) and Dr. Rajbir K. Bhatti appointed as Deputy Director UGC HRD Centre of the Guru Nanak Dev University.
