Sub Inspectors under probation in Punjab Police would now not get transferred out of their Home Districts.
Punjab DGP Dinkar Gupta has revised his earlier orders to transfer Probationer Sub-Inspectors out of their home districts.
A fresh order issued in this respect reads that ‘On the request of Police Commissioners, SSPs and keeping in view the Covid-19 situation the orders issued earlier will not be implemented for next 3 months.
