PAU trained incubatee awarded for startup

Mr Amandeep Srivastava, an incubatee of Punjab Agri Business Incubator (PABI), Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, was awarded for his start-up Black Eye Technologies Pvt Ltd from the state of Punjab at Sammunati Agri Start-up Award 2022, organized by MANAGE, Hyderabad recently. The award was presented by Sushri Shobha Karandlaje, Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Government of India. The startup also won a cash price of Rs 25,000.

Black Eye Technologies Pvt Ltd is a manufacturer of Irrigation Alert Device working with the tagline “Let the technologies heal the nature.” The startup was awarded for being an exemplary impact driven agri start-up striving towards re-imagining, renewing and rebuilding the Indian agriculture eco-system.

Dr Satbir Singh Gosal, Vice-Chancellor, PAU; Dr Ashok Kumar, Director of Extension Education and Dr TS Riar, Principal Investigator (PABI), congratulated Mr Srivastava for this achievement.
