PAU Alumnus tops Jharkhand’s Agricultural Public Commission Exam

The alumnus of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Mr Shubhankar Gupta has secured the first position in Agricultural Public Commission exam of Jharkhand. Afterwards, he will serve as Assistant Director (Agriculture), Jharkhand. He did his M.Sc. under the guidance of Dr SK Thind, Professor of Plant Pathology (retd), PAU. Presently, he is serving at Dr Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar’s Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhagwanpur.

Sh DK Tiwari, IAS, Vice Chancellor of PAU and Financial Commissioner, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Dr JS Mahal, Dean, Postgraduate Studies; Dr MIS Gill, Dean, College of Agriculture; Dr TS Riar, Additional Director Communication and Dr Narpinderjit Kaur, Head, Department of Plant Pathology congratulated Mr Shubhankar Gupta and wished him all success in his future endeavours.
