‘Panthic mask off Badals’ faces after SIT named them in chargesheet’, Randhawa seeks Sukhbir’s resignation

Reacting to the SIT probing the sacrilege cases naming the then Deputy Chief Minister and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Singh Badal in its chargesheet filed, the senior congress leader and Cabinet Minister, Punjab, S. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa said that the panthic mask is off the faces of Badals’ faces and now the family must renounce politics and sit at home.

In a press communiqué here today, S. Randhawa said that Sukhbir Singh Badal should resign from both the parliament as well as the Presidentship of the SAD directly responsible as he is for the sacrilege as is proved by the chargesheet of SIT.

The Congress leader also said that no true Sikh worth his salt would like to be associated with the badals after startling disclosures by the Justice Ranjit Singh commission report and SIT because the Badal family used Sikh sangat and religion for their narrow political ends.

S. Randhawa also said that the badals have stabbed the Sikh Qaum and Panth in the back being hand in glove with the dera Sirsa and the Sikh Qaum would never forgive Badal family for this dastardly act. The Badals’ have now lost the moral right to continue in the public life.

The senior Congress leader also said that the Badal family should feel ashamed of itself to say that sacrilege is a non issue.

He also said that Sikh qaum and the Punjabi community would never forgive the Badal family for these ghory deeds and these are the heinous crimes committed by the Badals’ that have restricted them to 14 seats in Vidhan Sabha and 2 in the Lok Sabha.

He further quipped that the SAD is passing through its worst phase in history under the cruel jaws of Badals’.
