In an oscillating condition of mind because of multiple zigzag pressure and stress, the stability of mind must be learnt though it is slow process, it should not be ignored not to allow it go beyond the remediability.

A person must learn method of dispelling the invitation of stress.

Main cause of stress is fear producing lack of confidence in an individual.

When an individual passes through a very comfortable life and if suddenly some incident occurs in life, may be social economic loss.

Domestic disturbance or some physical ailment, individual gets jerked as earlier he has not been confronted with such situation.

So it is essentially believable and acceptable that any time a situation may attack you and you take it as irresistible. One formula is very integral that you should not get upset. Everything is possible at any time negative and positive. In such case you ought to be mentally strong and it is dire need of learning this art.

So sudden shock should not shake your total system. Be fit to the extent that you can use your intellect to think how to overcome this sudden commotion.

Some people hurriedly move to psychiatarists or other doctors, when mind is so weak you should not be in a hurry to do anything it may bring you more complications. In such situations you should reveal the matter to a very sincere friend or your family members if you have faith in them. It will dilute your pressure, so slowly you are able to reach a state of mind where you can absorb the sudden jerk temporarily and then feel able to solve yourself by applying your own intelligence.

Any intellectual person passing through such atmosphere may clear the hurdles if he is mentally strong. A weak mind always go on repeating the negativity thus depositing thus more and more on his mind.

If your mind is humbug with tension then close your eyes, be thoughtless, inhale and exhale slowly, repeat it for some time and smile inside recollecting some fascinating flashes of your past it will give you energy to understand how to face any critical situation.

Never give up yourself to the hard times, never think of depression word. Otherwise it will overlap you in its net. Try to come out earlier, this is the only best solution.
