NAPA condemns vandalism of Gurmat Parchar Center in King County

North American Punjabi Association (NAPA) strongly condemned the Vandalism of a Khalsa Gurmat Center, a Sikh house of worship and community center in Federal Way, which was burglarized on Friday. This was disclosed here by NAPA Executive Director Satnam Singh Chahal in a press release issued here today.

According to the sources the main Hall and prayer area had been damaged, windows were broken and several computers and TV Monitors were stolen. He further said that although Police authorities are investigating the case, it has become a routine practice in the United States where Sikhs and their properties are being attacked in one or the other corner of the Country for which Sikh community is living under the shadow of fear and insecurity

Satnam Singh ChahalChahal said that there is no day left behind when any Sikh and his/her property is not being attacked. Sikh community leaders are very much surprised and it is beyond their imagination that imagined something like this could happen in the community center.

He further said that the US Vice President and several other US Law makers of Indian Origin are there in the United States but Despite of that Sikhs and their properties are being targeted Daily.

Chahal urged the US President Joe Biden to take some concrete steps to save the lives and properties of Sikh Community in the United States. Chahal recalled the President that Sikh Community is playing an important role in the all over Development of the country.
