MRSPTU Campus Placement Drive: 12 students placed in Byju’s and VRC on attractive packages

Aa many as 12 students of various engineering and non-engineering branches of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU) were placed in various companies through campus placements.

Seven students of various courses were placed in Bjyu’s-the learning app on a package of Rs. 7 Lacs per annum, while 5 students of B.Tech Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering were placed in VRC Group.

Regular placement drives are being organised in the campus for the students of batch 2023 passing out.

The students placed in Byju’s are Gurleen Singh (EE), Dinesh Kerni (EE), Vishal Chand (ME), Manpreet Kaur (BBA), Sanjeev Yadav (BBA), Harbans Singh (B.Sc, Physics), Bhavna Sharma (B.Com), while Prateek Dubey(CE), Rahul Kumar (CE), Nitesh Kumar (ME), Wakeel Khan (ME) & Akashdeep Singh (ME) have been placed in VRC Contructions India Pvt. Ltd. on attractive packages.

The placed students are pursuing their courses from MRSPTU Main campus and Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering & Technology.

Vice Chancellor, Prof. Buta Singh Sidhu, Registrar Dr. Gurinder Pal Singh Brar, Porf. Incharge Corporate Resource Center, Dr. Rajesh Gupta and Director-Training and Placement, Harjot Singh Sidhu have expressed immense happiness and satisfaction at the caliber and potential of students getting recognized by leading companies. They have conveyed their best wishes to the selected students for their successful career. Dr. Haramritpal Singh Sidhu was also present on the occasion.

Prof. Buta Singh Sidhu motivated the students to keep learning about the new trends and technologies being introduced in the current scenario. He appreciated the combined efforts being put by Training & Placement Department and CRC.

Dr. Rajesh Gupta and Harjot Singh Sidhu informed that major companies have selected our students from Batch 2023 passing out. The highest package of placements for our is 12 LPA.
