Dr. Vikramjit Singh Sahney, Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha who have been pressing upon government to initiate talks with the farmers have appreciated Jagjit Singh Dallewal ji taking medical help based on the invitation from government to have talks with the farmers in Chandigarh on 14th of February.
Dr. Sahney reiterated that dialogue is the only way forward and he hoped that contentious issues like MSP discussing the Swaminathan committee report, MSP on millets which is very necessary for crop rotation and building consensus on the new draft Agriculture policy will be the key agendas in the 14th february meeting.
