Opportunities don’t happen. You create them. A lot of hard work and will power is needed to become successful in life. In India it takes years for a young talent to get success in their life. Moksh Murgai a 20 years old youth is a part of this struggle in the game which is worshipped in our country Cricket.
Moksh is a state level athlete, professional cricketer from Delhi He is an all rounder batsman with the bowling skills too. Murgai has played in various categories of nationals from under-14 to under-16 and under-19 seniors. He has also played Interzonal (District) and zonal level cricket & performed tremendously over there.
Moksh Murgai is a student of Delhi University. Recently he has been appointed as the Sports President of DUSU ( Delhi University Students’ Union) 2020. Not only the President but also he is leading the pack of his college cricket team. Adding more to his achievements he has won many tournament matches for his team.
He has scored more than 1200 runs in the last season. As of now he has scored 30 centuries and more than 50 half centuries in the domestic circuit. In 2018 he represented India in a tournament in Lucknow. Murgai scored 850 runs and took 20 wickets in DDCA league in 2018. He has also scored may runs in the local/tournament matches in different parts of country. After all this hard work and dedication that he has shown for his game he has got a sponsorship/contract from SH Sports for 2019-20.
He has also attended Railways Ranji trophy & under-23 camp.
Every player goes through a medical issue. And Moksh also had gone through a serious back injury but he didn’t let this affect his game at all. After having this issue he still played tremendously on the field and showed his impressive performance. Moksh started his career in this game from the age of 7 years.
Through his 14 years of journey his family and coaches have been his biggest support. A person becomes successful if he has his eyes focused his goal is a mantra which is followed by Moksh Murgai.
