Former Punjab Minister and senior BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia has condemned the attack on BJP MLA Arun Narang.
In a press release issued here today, Kalia said that the attack happened despite police presence and Narang was not only thrashed but his clothes were torn.
“If an elected representative is not safe, the plight of common man can be well imagined,” he said adding that the law and order has totally collapsed in Punjab.
Kalia urged President Ram Nath Kovind to impose President’s rule in Punjab.
