Manjinder Sirsa leads Tiranga Bike-ride; Over 750 bikers wearing Kesari Turbans participate

Union Minister G Kishan Reddy today flagged off Tiranga Bike led by BJP Sikh leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa.

More than 750 bikers wearing Kesari Turbans participated in Tiranga bike ride.

On the occasion Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that honouring the call of PM Narendra Modi Ji’s Har Ghar Tiranga campaign we had planned to take out this Tiranga bike ride. This ride started from Talkatora Indoor Stadium main gate to Mater Dei School, Near India Gate today morning.

The most unique aspect about the Tiranga Bike Mr. Sirsa said that every bike rider was wearing Kesari Dastar to honour the contribution of Sikhs in India’s freedom struggle. He said that there was an ocean of Kesari Dastar wearers on Delhi roads who biked together to celebrate 75 years of Indian independence and Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

He said that decision to wear Kesari Turbans was taken because our Guru Sahiban have given us this Kesari colour.

He also informed that in coming days Sikhs across the country will organize more such bike rides and other events to celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

On the occasion Member Parliament Mr. Parvesh Verma was also present.

Members from Sikh community from Delhi including members of DSGMC were part of this Tiranga bike ride.
