Former Union Minister, Congress Stalwart and a candidate from Anandpur Sahib Parliamentary Constituency, Mr. Manish Tiwari today started his campaign formally from Mohali, considered to be a “goldmine” in terms of votes keeping in view of the overall developmental works initiated by present and previous Congress Governments here.
