A Delhi Court has issued notice to Sarna party leader Bhupinder Singh for misleading court in matter of LOC against DSGMC President Manjinder Singh Sirsa. This was disclosed by Jagdeep Singh Kahlon Chairman of legal cell of the DSGMC.
In a statement released here today, Kahlon disclosed that Bhupinder Singh had mislead court with his false, baseless and frivolous assertions. He said that now he has been exposed before court and all this has been disclosed before court of Dr. Pankaj Sharma CMM/ND/Patiala House Court today. He said that Manjinder Singh has filed a case against Bhupinder Singh u/s 340 read with 195 (1) CrPC.
He said that court heard this matter and issued notice to Bhupinder Singh for August 18, 2021. Kahlon said that court was told that Bhupinder Singh has mislead with his false, misleading and frivolous claims.
Speaking about statements issued by opponents of the SAD, Kahlon said that sensing imminent defeat in the ensuing DSGMC elections now our opponents are indulging in dirty politics. He said that earlier they had opposed services of the DSGMC for mankind and had opposed Gurudwara Sahibs too and now have stooped so low for misleading judiciary.
He reminded Jago Pary leader Manjit Singh GK that he was facing charges of golak chori (theft of cash box) of Gurudwara Sahiban and he has not responded to this till date. He said that now Sangat will respond to him and his newly found ally Sarna brothers in the ensuing DSGMC elections and they will face a lifetime humiliating defeat.
