Mini Mathur’s victory in the reality show Alliance has drawn congratulatory messages from several celebrities, with actress Katrina Kaif leading the wishes after the television host lifted the winner’s trophy.
Celebrating the achievement, Mini shared a series of joyful photographs on Instagram posing with the trophy. Alongside the images, she wrote, “And just like that… the queen wears her crown.”
The post quickly attracted messages from friends and colleagues in the entertainment industry. Katrina Kaif commented, “Congratssssssss,” while actress Malaika Arora wrote, “Awesome mini.”
Actor Ridhi Dogra also penned a heartfelt message, praising Mini’s conduct throughout the competition. She wrote that Mini made her “feel so good about being a woman,” describing her as level-headed, dignified, positive and inspiring, while congratulating her on the well-deserved victory.
Katrina shares a long professional association with Mini’s husband, filmmaker Kabir Khan. The actress has worked with the director in films including New York (2009), Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Phantom (2015).
Earlier, speaking to IANS after her win, Mini revealed that Kabir Khan was deeply invested in her journey on the show. She said her family had initially doubted whether she could manage life without her phone, daily routine and loved ones, but were pleasantly surprised by her performance.
Mini also shared that Kabir followed every episode closely, with family WhatsApp groups actively discussing contestants and strategies. According to her, she had never seen him become so emotionally involved in any of her previous projects.
Calling the experience surreal, Mini said the overwhelming appreciation she received after returning from the show had given her “a completely new lease on life.”
