Jugraj Singh Sidhu cracks PCS Judicial Exam

A dream come true for sidhu family who moved to the city a decade ago with a dream of better future for their children. It is pertinent to note that 14 students from general category cleared the pcs mains exam in January 2021 and only 4 students qualified to be pcs Judicial officer on 1st February 2021.

Jugraj completed his secondary education from sd public school , sector 32-d, Chandigarh and then completed his B.A.LL.B from punjabi university patiala, he further gained his Masters degree in corporate law from National Law University, Jodhpur.

While talking to yes punjab , he said that he has been practicing as a lawyer at District Court 43 and Punjab & Haryana High court, Chandigarh. But being a judicial officer was always the primary goal , so he pursued it vehemently and with the grace of god Now i have achieved it.

Jugraj belongs to agricultural background , his ancestral home is in village peer mohammad, district Ferozpur; his Grandfather jathedar Gurcharan singh and Father Karnail Singh Peermohammad said that they sent their grandchild to Chandigarh for better education and more opportunities . He said that he is proud of the fact tbat his grandson will be joining a prestigious profession that honors the best among us.

In concluding remarks he said that he hopes to do his job honestly and with good conscience and wants to work for the upliftment of the weaker sections of the society.
