In a golden opportunity for the residents of Hoshiarpur to have property at key locations at affordable prices, the Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) is set to auction 40 residential plots in Hoshiarpur.
Divulging the details, the Chief Administrator of Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) Mr. Jitendra Jorwal said that the authority has called for auction of the 40 residential plots in Hoshiarpur.
Mr. Jorwal said that the auction of these sites have started from June 25 and would continue till July 22, 2018.
The CA said that the detailed information regarding these prime properties could be taken from website www.puda.gov.in .
He said that the civic body was expecting massive response from the people as these properties were situated at prime locations in the city.
Mr Jorwal further said that keeping in view the prevailing situation in the market the prices of these properties have been fixed at affordable rates.
Meanwhile, he said any person desirous of availing the benefits of this centre for applying for e-auction could approach their office during the working hours.
He said that the officers/ officials of the authority were duty-bound to facilitate the people for their work.
