Innocent Hearts Schools pledge to ‘Say No to Plastic’ to pay homage to Mahatama Gandhi

To commemorate 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a number of activities were organized in Innocent Hearts, Green Model Town, Loharan, CJR and Royal World. The children promised to maintain Swacchta and took an oath to ‘Say No To Plastic’.

The students of Eco Club made Paper Bags. Slogan Writing Competition was organized for the students of class VIII. The children took out the rally and picked up plastic from every nook and corner to create awareness among society.

They explained the ill effects of plastic to society. A special assembly was organized where children motivated the students to use steel tiffin and steel water bottle. The little ones of INNOKIDS were dressed as freedom fighters.

Choreography was presented depicting character of Gandhi ji. The teachers motivated kids to follow the values of Gandhi Ji.

The Objective behind these activities is to instill patriotic fervor and pay tribute to freedom fighters. The school premises echoed with “Sabarmati Ke Sant Tune Kar Dia Kamaal”.
