On the Occasion of Indian Festivals, school of Hotel Management of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, conducted one day workshop on Recipes of Indian Sweets. The session was taken up by Chef Bunny Attwaal (Astt. Prof., HM Dept.)
Chef Bunny Attwaal stated that as festival season is boosted up and sweets are the essential part of each festival. Also Indian sweets are in very high demand all over the world.
To provide a live demonstration of recipes of Indian sweets to the students, we had prepared Ghevar, Shahi Tukda, Ras Malai, Shrikhand, Sweet Potato Jalebi and Ice Cream Sandesh in the session. It was really a great experience for students.
Chef Gagandeep Humpal (Head, HM) congratulated the Chef Bunny for organising such a qualitative workshop. He stated that purity of sweets signifies the love, affection and prosperity in everyone’s life.
