Government has approved premature repatriation of Naval Kishore Ram, a 2008-batch IAS officer of the Maharashtra cadre to his parent cadre.
Ram was currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of Revenue with the Union Ministry of Finance.
According to an official release, IAS officer’s repatriation has been approved on personal grounds after a proposal was submitted by the Department of Revenue.
IAS Naval Kishore Ram was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Revenue, for a period of five years and his term was to end on August 10, 2025 but he sought premature repatriation to his parent cadre.
