On the Occasion of Indian Festivals, Hospitality department of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, conducted one day workshop on Recipes of Indian Sweets. The session was taken up by Chef Sukhvir Singh (Astt Prof, HM Dept.).
Chef Sukhvir Singh stated that the festival season is boosted up and sweets are the essential part of every festival. Also Indian sweets are in very high demand all over the world. To provide a live demonstration of recipes of Indian sweets to the students, we had prepared Gujia, Klakand, Shakarpara, Gurpara, Malpua, Gulab Jamun and Milk Cake in the session. It was really a great experience for students.
Prof Deepak Paul (Principal, HM) congratulated the faculty members for organising such a qualitative workshop. He stated that purity of sweets signifies the love, affection and prosperity in everyone’s life.
