Haryana State Vigilance Bureau (SVB) has caught Sanjeev Kumar, Assistant Secretary of State Agriculture Marketing Board and Khurshid, VLDA red-handed while accepting illegal gratification.
Sharing more details about the same, the spokesman of the Bureau said that Assistant Secretary of Haryana State Agriculture Board, Adampur and a VLDA( Veterinary Doctor) have been apprehended red-handed by the teams of State Vigilance Bureau.
He said that Mr. Rohit Mittal, resident of Adampur has submitted a complaint to the Vigilance Bureau, Hisar that Sanjeev Kumar, Assistant Secretary has demanded illegal gratification in lieu of issuing a Commission Agent Licence.
After registering a criminal case, the team of SVB led by Inspector Ishwar Singh apprehended Sanjeev Kumar red-handed in presence of the Duty Magistrate Mr. Bhagwan Das, DDPO, Hisar. The accused has been interrogated thoroughly and the investigation is in progress.
In another matter, Mr. Sirajudin, resident of Maseet, Tauru village had lodged a complaint to SVB, Nuh that a loan was sanctioned to him for purchase of buffalo but Khurshid, VLDA, Jaurashi has demanded bribe for issuing Medical Certificate of buffalo.
After registering a criminal case, the SVB team led by Inspector Ajit Singh, caught the accused VLDA and one Tarun Kumar, Insurance Agent while accepting the bribe in the presence of Duty Magistrate Mr. Kundandin, District Statistic Officer, Nuh. After interrogation, both the accused have been produced before the court. The investigation of the case is in progress.
