Haryana Government has issued the transfer and posting orders of 23 IAS officers with immediate effect.
Mrs. Dheera KhandeIwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Art & Cultural Affairs and Environment & Climate Change Departments has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Women and Child Development Department relieving Mrs. Deepti Umashankar of the said charge.
Mr. Siddhi Nath Roy, Additional Chief Secretary, Transport and Skill Development & Industrial Training Departments has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department relieving Mr. V. Umashankar of the said charge.
Mr. Anurag Rastogi, Principal Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Haryana Transport Department relieving Mr. Siddhi Nath Roy of the said charge.
Mr. V. Umashankar, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran and Principal Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department has been posted as Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran and Principal Secretary to Citizen Resources Information Department.

Mr. Anurag Agarwal, Chief Electoral Officer and Principal Secretary, Elections Department has been given the charge of Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, in addition to his present duties against a vacant post.

Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Nodal Officer, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad has been given the charge of Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Nodal Officer, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and Director General and Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training & Employment Department vice Mr. Prabhjot Singh.
