In a major break-through, Haryana Police have nabbed a most-wanted criminal and Kashi gang kingpin, carries a bounty of Rs25,000 from Bhiwani district. A revolver and four cartridges also recovered from his possession.
Giving this information here today, a Haryana Police spokesperson informed that arrested accused identified as Vikas alias Kashi, a resident of Panjokhra had been involved in a series of heinous crimes in the area. The arrest was made by a team of the Crime Investigation Agency following a tip-off.
He carries a bounty of Rs 25,000 and had been serving imprisonment in eight cases of murder, attempt to murder, loot, dacoity and under Arms Act. Apart from this, he was wanted by police in around 11 criminal cases including two registered in Rajasthan. He came out of jail in 2017 and failed to return back.
It is worthwhile to mention that following the directives of DGP Haryana, Sh. Manoj Yadava, Haryana Police have launched a massive crackdown to nab most-wanted and notorious criminals across the state.
