Govinda’s daughter Tina Ahuja shared glimpses of her Raksha Bandhan celebrations with her brothers Yashvardhan Ahuja and Krushna Abhishek, along with mother Sunita Ahuja and actress Arti Singh.
Tina posted a series of photographs and videos from the family gathering on social media, giving fans a glimpse of their celebrations. Govinda, however, was not seen in the pictures and videos shared by Tina.
In one photograph, Tina posed with Yashvardhan and Sunita. She was dressed in a yellow traditional outfit, while Yashvardhan wore red and Sunita was seen in white.
“Hamari Wali Rakhi Celebrations! #latergram #rakhi,” Tina captioned the post.
In another video, Tina was seen tying rakhi to Yashvardhan. She also celebrated the occasion with her cousins Krushna Abhishek and Arti Singh.
The family gathering comes amid continued public attention on Govinda and Sunita Ahuja’s marriage. Their relationship has been the subject of speculation following public statements and reports about alleged differences between the couple.
The controversy intensified after Sunita publicly spoke about problems in her marriage and alleged that Govinda was involved with another actress. Speculation increased after Govinda was seen at an airport with his upcoming film co-star Komal Rani Swarnkar.
Sunita was later seen outside a family court in Mumbai with Yashvardhan. Reports claimed that she had filed a divorce petition in 2024, citing adultery, cruelty and desertion. The petition was subsequently withdrawn, according to Govinda’s manager.
Govinda has denied the allegations and also cautioned Sunita against making personal remarks publicly.
Krushna Abhishek has meanwhile urged that the family’s personal matters not be turned into public discussion. Recently, when paparazzi questioned him about the marital controversy involving Govinda and Sunita at Mumbai airport, he asked them not to question him about his maternal uncle and aunt.
