Except Final Year, all other classes of MBBS, BDS & BAMS to be conducted online: OP Soni

In a major decision, the Medical Education and Research department Punjab on Monday announced online classes for all classes of MBBS, BDS and BAMS expect for final year students till further orders.

Divulging details, Medical Education and Research Minister OP Soni said this decision had been taken in the wake of rising cases of corona virus so that health safety of medical institutions could be ensured. He further added that except for final year students, all other students could attend online classes and they need not to stay in hostels.

He also mentioned that the Department had also issued orders for online classes till further orders for the first year students of Nursing Schools and Colleges.
