India’s Diksha Dagar continued her impressive run on the Ladies European Tour (LET), finishing tied for 16th at the 2026 ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open after carding a final-round 1-over 73 at Dundonald Links in Scotland.
The two-time LET champion signed off with rounds of 74, 73, 70 and 73 for a 72-hole total of 2-over 290 in the $2 million tournament, which was co-sanctioned by the LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour.
Although she narrowly missed out on what would have been her fifth top-10 finish of the season, the result boosted the Hero-sponsored golfer to sixth place in the LET Order of Merit ahead of the season’s final Major, the AIG Women’s Open. Fellow Indians Pranavi Urs and Avani Prashanth had earlier failed to make the cut.
Diksha made a promising start to her final round with birdies on the first and fourth holes. However, a double bogey on the par-4 fifth halted her momentum. She responded with another birdie at the seventh before consecutive bogeys on the eighth and 12th dented her hopes of breaking into the top 10. A steady finish comprising six straight pars ensured she closed the week with a respectable performance.
Her consistent form this season will provide confidence as she heads to Royal Lytham & St Annes for the AIG Women’s Open.
South Korea’s Jenny Shin emerged as the tournament champion, securing her maiden Ladies European Tour title and her second LPGA Tour victory. The 33-year-old completed a wire-to-wire triumph with rounds of 66, 67, 71 and 75 to finish at 9-under-par, two strokes ahead of compatriot A Lim Kim.
Despite seeing her five-shot overnight lead reduced after three early bogeys in the final round, Shin regained control with birdies on the 10th and 12th holes before sealing victory, ending a 10-year wait since her previous LPGA Tour title at the 2016 Volunteers of America Texas Shootout.
A Lim Kim finished runner-up at 7-under after a closing 68, while Thailand’s Pajaree Anannarukarn claimed third place at 5-under. Germany’s Esther Henseleit finished fourth at 4-under.
Defending champion Lauren Coughlin and Japan’s Miyu Yamashita shared fifth place, while Thailand’s Chanettee Wannasaen ended seventh at 2-under following a final-round 69.
The three available qualifying spots for next week’s AIG Women’s Open were secured by Wannasaen, Ecuador’s Daniela Darquea and Russia’s Nataliya Guseva.
