Digital Museum on the life and teachings of Guru Nanak inaugurated in Jalandhar

Lok Sabha MP Chaudhary Santokh Singh, along with MLAs Mr. Rajinder Beri and Mr. Avtar Singh Bawa Henry, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Varinder Kumar and Commissioner of Police Mr. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, today inaugurated three days spiritual fest in form of digital museum to showcase life and philosophy of Sri Nanak Dev ji.

Inaugurating the digital museum at grounds of Lyallpur Khalsa College, the Member of Parliament, MLAs, Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of Police said that this digital museum was a humble and befitting tribute by the state government to Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji, who had shown us the path of humanity to attain salvation by spreading the cult of devotion to God.

Likewise, they said that the great Guru ji also guided the humanity through eternal message of oneness of God amongst the mankind. They said that the digital effort was a path breaking initiative by the state government to perpetuate the life and philosophy of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji amongst the masses.

The Member of Parliament, MLAs, Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of Police categorically said that the state government led by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh was duty-bound make the youngsters aware of the glorious legacy of the state. They said that this path breaking initiative would go a long way in spreading the message love, kindness and humanity preached by Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji.

They further said that in order to commemorate the 550thparkashpurab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji, the state government has chalked out a state wide program of holding digital museum and light and sound shows in almost every district of Punjab.

The Member of Parliament, MLAs, Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of Police also lauded the Management Committee of the Lyallpur Khalsa College led by Mrs. Balbir Kaur and Principal of College Mr. Gurpinder Singh Samra for providing valuable help to the state government for holding the mega event.

On the occasion Additional Deputy Commissioners Mr. Kulwant Singh and Mr. Jasbir Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Gurmeet Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Ms. D Sudharvizhi, Sub Divisional Magistrate Dr. Jai Inder Singh, Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Mr. Harcharan Singh, Deputy Distt. Eduction office Gurpreet Kaur, President of Lyalllpur Khalsa College Management Committee Mrs. Balbir Kaur, Principal of College Mr. Gurpinder Singh and others were also present.
