With a view to enhance effective English Speaking and Writing Skills of individuals, students of schools, colleges and universities; and to train Faculty of all fields on innovative teaching techniques and effective Communication in English, Ms. Anukiran Khanna has opened St. Claire’s Institute at PPR Market.
This new learning center was inaugurated by S. Charanjit Singh Channi, Chancellor CT University and Chairman CT Group, in the presence of Guest of Honour Ms. Seema Jain, Associate Professor and Head Dept of English, Dean Academics and Vice Principal (Retd) KMV, Jalandhar.
Addressing the attendees on the occasion, Charanjit Channi lauded the efforts of Anukiran Khanna for initiating such an enterprise. He highlighted the significance of developing good Communication Skills in the contemporary scenario where the world has become a global village.
Ms. Seema Jain appreciated Ms. Anukiran’s exemplary knowledge and expertise of all the nuances of the English Language. She expressed a belief that the society would benefit immensely from the programs offered by St. Claire’s Institute.
Ms. Anukiran said that there is a huge parity between the way English Language should be taught and the way it is taught in India. She felt there was a need to develop programs which would help bridge this gap. She meticulously designs all the courses and employs innovative techniques to make the assimilation of knowledge, a fun process with increased learning outcomes.
To encourage the children of Jalandhar develop a keen interest in reading, The Enn Library, has also been established at St. Claire’s Institute. This library is open to public. Ms. Anukiran will interact with the members and guide them to develop a long term reading habit.
